Charlie Morgan

Charlie was first elected to Council along with Kristin Appelget in May, 1999.

Charlie established himself early in his tenure on Council as a person who took the job of Council Member seriously by attending the classes for elected officials at the Rutgers Center for Government Services in the Rutgers elected official certificate program.

He also established himself early in his tenure on Council as a tireless advocate for West Windsor residents, being recognized by the Indian American Civic Forum in May, 2001 when they awarded him their first annual Thomas Jefferson Award.

Charlie has served as President and Vice President of Council, Planning Board Representative, Zoning Board Liaison, Parking Authority Liaison, and Cable Television Advisory Board Liaison. Read more about Charlie.

Will Anklowitz

Will was elected to Council in November, 2006 to fill the vacancy created by Kristin Appelget when she resigned to take a position with Princeton University.

Will has displayed an unremitting interest in the concerns of West Windsor residents, having walked to nearly 4,000 homes since June, 2006 talking about issues and listening to peoples' concerns.

Will has served as Council's Affordable Housing Committee representative. Read more about Will.

George Borek

George will be new to Council if he is elected in the upcoming election. George has a distinguished record of service as a fire fighter in the Jersey City Fire Deparatment and a member of the Jersey City Rescue Company.

Most importantly, George has experience with the Transit Village being constructed in Jersey City. He has experienced the consequences, both good and bad, of Transit Village development. He will bring invaluable experience to Council as West Windsor shapes what it wants for our revitalization of the train station area.

Like Charlie and Will, George is a strong advocate of open, transparent government in West Windsor. Read more about George.
